Féile na nGael: There are just days to go until this years Féile na nGael weekend gets underway, when the Carrickmacross team from Monaghan will visit Moneygall/Clonakenny from 17th to 19th June. To celebrate the festival, our club will also hold a range of events throughout the week.
Beginning next Monday night in the Séamus Ó Riain Centre, when the Moneygall/Clonakenny team will be presented with their jerseys by sponsors Anne and Kevin McCormack of Byrne's Shop Dunkerrin. We will also draw the winners of our Féile na nGael Fundraising Draw on Monday.

We will run an Art Competition in each of the three National Schools of Dunkerrin, Moneygall and Lismackin in the build-up to the weekend (details will be announced through the schools).

Following the four scheduled matches in St Flannan's Park on the evening of Friday 17th, we will then hold a series of skills competitions in the GAA Grounds for the young players.

We will also have a photograph exhibition on display in the Séamus Ó Riain Centre for the duration of the celebrations, focusing on our club history and our previous Féile na nGael teams. We welcome and encourage all members of our community to visit the clubhouse during the weekend.

Under 14: We beat Borris-Ileigh by 2-12 to 0-9 in the north championship last Wednesday. Our next match will be against Newport this Wednesday (8th) at 6.30pm in Newport.

In the D Championship we were beaten by Roscrea last week. We will next play Newport, this Friday evening in Moneygall. Both matches are fixed for 6.30pm.
