Under 10: We started off our year in great style in the Spring sunshine on Sunday morning last with a very entertaining match with Rathcoole which finished in a draw, 3-1 each.  It was a great performance for our first time together as a team and look forward to the return leg in Rathcoole in the near future.  Training on Wednesday next, April 2nd, at 6.30pm

Under 12:
We were in hard luck to lose by a goal to a strong Ballinahinch team in the football championship on Friday evening last, 2-6 to 3-0.  However we made a quick recovery and put in a very spirited performance to hold off for victory over Rathcoole in a great game of hurling on Sunday morning.  We got some lovely scores and displayed some smashing teamwork which no doubt encouraged our seniors to a great victory over Kildangan afterwards.

We thank Rathcoole for travelling down to provide us with two very entertaining games to start off our season in style.  We also thank everyone who made tea, sandwiches and buns or who helped in any way to make the day a success.
