Three injury time points from Phil Fanning (2) and Willie Greene snatched a draw for Moneygall in the County SHC group match against Silvermines on Sunday evening in Toomevara.  A first minute goal from Brian Teehan opened the scoring, but Silvermines struck for three early goals themselves in the 3rd, 13th and 15th minutes to lead 3-2 to 1-2 after the opening quarter.  Another point put them seven clear, before Moneygall steadied the ship with points from Sean Fogarty, Adam Hogan and Willie Greene.  Silvermines had the last score of the half to lead 3-4 to 1-5 at half time.

Four scores from placed balls from Willie Greene and Adam Hogan reduced to gap to a goal, 1-9 to 3-6, midway through the second half, when Sean Fogarty struck for a goal to level the scores and substitute Eoin Troy pointed a minute later to put Moneygall in front.  But Silvermines came again and scored four points withour reply between the 50th and 60th minutes to lead by three again.  Captain Phil Fanning scored from play with normal time just up and he soon added a monster free in injury time, before Willie Greene levelled the match with another free two minutes into injury time.
