The new-look County Senior Hurling Challenge Cup gets underway this weekend with Round 1 fixtures taking place right around the county.  Moneygall will take on Clonoulty Rossmore on Sunday afternoon in St Flannan's Park, with a throw-in time of 2pm.

Following last Sunday's Hogan Cup victory over Borrisokane, Moneygall will now meet Burgess in the quarter finals of the competition in Kilcolman.  The quarter finals have been provisionally fixed for the weekend of 9th/10th March.

It has also been confirmed that the opening round of fixtures in the North Senior Hurling Championship will be played on the weekend of 6th/7th April.
