Dan Breen Cup Book: Jim Fogarty’s book ‘The Dan Breen Cup – Tipperary County SH Finals 1931 – 2011’ was recently launched in The Horse and Jockey Hotel by Micheál Ó Muircheartaigh, who described it as a wonderful book and a must for all Tipperary GAA lovers.  The book tells the story of all the county senior hurling finals of this period and features the victorious Moneygall teams of 1975 and 1976.  It is now available to purchase at Byrne’s Shop in Dunkerrin.

Racing: Congratulations to Philip Donovan who had his first winner as a jockey when he rode Srucahan to victory at Cork last Saturday week.  We wish him well in his career.
