Junior: Our junior hurlers have qualified for the north final after a dramatic two-point semi-final win against Burgess in Toomevara last Saturday evening.  Burgess led by 2-6 to 2-5 at half-time and Moneygall did not go ahead in the second half until an injury-time goal from Damien Martin made the scoreline 4-11 to 3-12.  Moneygall’s earlier goals were scored by Billy McCormack, John Doughan and Paul O’Brien.
We will now meet Nenagh Eire Og in the north final which is expected to be played this weekend – details of the date, time and venue will appear in the north board fixture list on this week's local newspapers and will also be posted on this website as soon as they are known.  Best of luck to the panel and management team in the final

Under 16: Hard luck to the Clonakenny/Moneygall hurlers whose championship campaign came to an end last Tuesday evening when we were beaten by a strong Loughmore Castleiney team by 1-19 to 0-7 in the mid semi final.

Lotto: The club lotto jackpot has risen to €9500 for this week’s draw in Julia’s Bar on Tuesday 18th.  Tickets can be bought for €2 each, or 3 for €5 from our promoters and in local shops and pubs.  Tickets can also be purchased in the 'Club Lotto' section of this website.  The weekly results and the €30 lucky dip winners are also posted here following every draw.  Many thanks for your support.
