Having finished as runners up in the North Tipperary Premier 12s Group 3, our Under 12 hurlers along with north champions Lorrha travelled to Littleton last Saturday to represent the north division in the Premier 12s County End Games.

Thirty one clubs from around the county travelled to take part in the county series.  Each of the four groups was played on a knockout basis, with the first quarter finals beginning at 12 midday and the last final concluding at 5.30pm.

Moneygall met south champions Clonmel Og in the quarter final and put in a good performance, with Clonmel Og winning by four points, 1-6 to 1-2.  Clonmel Og would go on to win the competition, beating fellow south representatives Moyle Rovers in the final.  Moyle Rovers had earlier knocked out Lorrha in the quarter finals.

In the other finals, Moycarkey Borris beat Boherlahan Dualla in Group 1, Borris-Ileigh beat Clerihan in Group 2, and Roscrea beat Kilruane MacDonaghs in Group 4.
